In answer to several people at FreeRepublic claiming the '60 million gunowners' are the check to the Obama imbalance, I wrote the following on the discussion thread we have every day for watchers of Glenn Beck's FOX program. I don' t think I'm all that far off the mark here. Tyranny from totalitarians is what we are witnessing being built in America.
[[ For those who have put so much faith in the so far lawful weaponry we possess, let's take a look at how the commies and fascists will work their magic, this time. Remember please, they have the lessons learned in Germany, Russia, and Venezuela. We are perhaps confused because these usurpers are using communistic as well as fascist tactics.
The Americorp/Obamacorp approach will indoctrinate millions and millions of youth and willing elders into the cult of the obama-nation. These inductees will be paid and put to work on make work projects and feel good tasks.
Eventually, the Americorp alums will be so sold on the cult that they will be the pacification influence tool put to work in communities.
First, they will be called to talk, then get in your face if you disagree with the 'wave sweeping the wounded nation'. Eventually, most folks will buckle under the pressure from insistent voices and the growing scarcity of food and fuel.
Finally, a well observed body of elites will be taken aside to form the numbers of an armed protector force, 'to stop violence in struggling communities'. Massive unemployment aids the fascist process because households are over-stressed, and eventual scarcities always result from massive unemployment! More people are moved onto the rolls of government dependents.
This process is the wedding of Communism, Fascism, and societal engineering. Right now, there are literally millions who are speaking out against the communistic takeover of the healthcare industry. But right now we are well fed and housed and have gas to drive to townhall meetings and still get to the grocery, work, and church. We hardly even raised our voices as the banking industry was nationalized, and two major car companies were brought under obama rule in fascist fashion, and control handed to the unions.
As the Obama nation takes more fascist control over industries buckling under threats, the federal oligarchy will hold the U.S. in a strangling grip with which to stifle dissent, cower the moderates, and starve the unfaithful to the Obama wave. Eventually, after a few of U.S. scattered across the nation take up arms and resist the fascist bastards, even those guns will be silenced by the trained 'peacekeepers' sent to make life safer for those in compliance with dictates from the lord high obama and his fascist czars/advisers. And make no mistake, when the shooting starts, there will be tens of thousadns of volunteers in service to the obamessiah new America.
What the blustering do not understand is, the process will not happen in such a way as to allow a clear line of demarcation. Communities will be fractured by an onslaught of propaganda from the enemy fifth column media (once called the fourth estate), by debates allowed to happen under ever increasing scarcities, and by community organizing 'to hold on while the hard times pass'.
The massing of tens or hundreds of armed resisters will not happen in the populated centers because the vast majority of dependent sheeple will be led to see resisting the obama nation as a threat to their personal and family survival. These sheeple will be the willing allies in pointing out whom is the kink in the cogs. Some of U.S. will die with William Wallace's battle cry on our lips, and find true freedom. The vast majority will whimper and cry to be protected by the organized community and it's elite forces.
The Fascist of today may have hate to spare in their hearts, but they are not stupid, and their conquering of Amerika and sweeping away of the Old Republic will hear mostly 'feed us' rather than free us. ]]

BARACK OBAMA’S AND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY’S CHANGE FOR AMERICA, THE HOPE AND DREAMS OF RADICAL ACTIVISTS EVERYWHERE
From where have these thousand page plus bills sprung onto the American scene in so short a time? From the minds of ‘progressives’, ‘social activists’, and ’enlightened social engineers’ not even in political office prior to Obama taking control! Literally, within hours after Congress went into session in 2009, Congressional committees were issuing lengthy bills being rushed through for passage into law. Congressman Obey, whose committee issued the Stimulus Package, couldn’t have conceived of such a lengthy socialist oriented bill in so short a time. He took the framework from already designed change oriented progressives not even in government, but rather in activist organizations seeking to change America, FAST. The dirty little secret perhaps missed by not reading the entire bill before voting on it is that the Stimulus Package contained billions in funding for these ‘progressive’ organizations, much of which will flow through front organizations of parent orgs who have joined in an alliance to change America!
As Barack Obama rose to prominence in 2008, rising with him was an agenda represented as a three-legged stool conceived as the brain child of Van Jones, now green jobs czar. But several of the czars answering only to the White House are sent up from the legs of this change oriented alliance stool, like Brian Deese, who worked for John Podesta and was appointed to fashion the ‘cash for clunkers’ government dole debacle designed to keep union jobs solvent by moving union made cars off of storage lots. This three-legged stool is named ‘The Apollo Alliance’ and the legs are unions, the green movement, and ‘social justice‘.
The unions include SEIU, the AFL-CIO, and the United Steelworkers, to name three. The green movement includes Sierra Club, Green Peace, and League of Conservative Voters, to name only three. The ‘social justice’ leg includes ACORN, ‘black farmers’, and the Ella Baker Center, to name three, yet ACORN is literally more than a hundred front organizations funneling taxpayer monies back to radical weatherman Wade Rathke‘s brain child.
It was the goal of Van Jones to integrate these three ‘change oriented’ fronts to achieve a rapid and complete transformation of America, by combining the assets of these general movements under one directive, the Apollo Alliance project. Basically, the strategy embraces overloading services funded by the federal government in order to crash the system and sweep away the powers that be, to be replaced by ‘social justice’ mongers, the green movement, and various social change orgs like unions. Manufactured crisis is the hallmark of the Cloward-Piven strategy. Does Rahm Emanuel’s crisis quote come to mind? It should! To activist leadership, a crisis should never be allowed to go to waste.
That Cloward-Piven strategy to crash the system of federal funded programs, combined with a fascist approach to taking over control of major aspects of the American economy is what the Obama Administration is all about. The evidence is now overwhelming that such is the goal. The people writing the agenda for their brand of federal government are in fact right out of the Apollo Alliance and subsidiary orgs such as ACORN, SEIU. And Green Peace. Harry Reid even thanked the Apollo Alliance for helping to write the Stimulus bill, and the TARP bill oozed from a similar source.
First came nationalizing of the private banking system, reacting to a major financial crisis which threatened to close banks with too many calls on their assets, at nearly $600 billion before the calls were shut down. The source of those calls has yet to be made public, if anyone actually knows beyond the goons making the calls on assets. The plea was that if the fed did not inject nearly a trillion dollars immediately and seize the major banks (Goldman Saks and its competitors), the world-wide system would be crashed and all credit would seize up, stopping commerce world-wide.
While Bush was still in office, the first injection and seizure occurred. Then, when Obama came into power, the nationalizing of private banking industry was enacted, with Goldman Saks at the top because of Paulson’s influence. [ Hank Paulson was the past President of Goldman Saks, before becoming Bush’s Treasury Secretary.] As a sprinkling of infused cash was paid back, the monies were not paid back to the taxpayers, they were instead re-directed to other banking ‘needs’, in countries like Germany!
The next phase was to pass a cap and tax bill, which was the green movement’s leg of the Apollo Alliance equivalent of seizing the means for energy production and use in America. This action, if passed finally into law, will in fascist fashion give complete control of energy in America to the federal oligarchy Obama is fashioning. And 85% of the projected collections from energy producers and users has already been promised to constituent organizations rather than the federal tax coffers!
The next phase was to seize major portions of the American auto industry, in service to the union leg of the fascist Apollo Alliance stool. Oddly, Ford Motor Company declined the ‘offer’ and has remained solvent. Control of the auto industry reaches deeply into any industrial function associated to auto production, such as steel production, and will give the federal oligarchy power over every industry where unions can force their way in via the ‘balloting’ which unions may use to strong-arm non-union workers, effectively giving power to threaten any industry with union shutdown if their demands are not met. With the nationalizing of GM and Chrysler, we are witnessing the Obama administration service to a second leg of the Apollo stool, the unions.
The next phase is to take over the broad institution of healthcare in America, by demonizing the insurance industry and seizing the payment methodology for reimbursing physicians and medical institutions, while running the insurance industry out of business over the next ten years. As a means to institute ‘social justice’, taking over the healthcare industry will extend government forced medical care to illegals and welfare dolees at the expense of degrading the fundamental care, efficiency, and soundness of our current doctor run healthcare system. Federal oligarchs will make treatment decisions, dictate whom will receive what level of treatment, and control the means of housing and caring for all ages of American citizens. Death panels are but a small aspect of such fascist controls, and the means to formulate such panels was actually tacked on at the end of the Stimulus Bill already passed into law. Regions now seen as ‘red’ will be strong-armed into following the oligarch’s system or be denied payments and upgrades until they comply and follow the federal ‘mandates’.
Healthcare systems without entrepreneurial incentive see research in medicines and treatment advancements grind to a halt. Under total government control, focus will switch quickly from Doctor-Patient perspective, to bureaucrat-patient-doctor … the doctor could become less than a current physician’s assistant, relegated to merely following the guidelines dictated by federal oligarchs. With the new system, the federal bureaucracy will dictate ‘care‘ and terminations of same.

Given his experience during the Clinton years, it was his advice to Obama that healthcare reform be passed quickly, before the public could discover the vagaries and debate begun in earnest over the issues.

What's In A Name?
Who knows where or even when Barack Hussein Obama was born? We can't even be assured that his name is in fact legally Barack Hussein Obama!
The phony exhibit shown on the Internet via Factcheck.org., Daily KOS, and Obama's own campaign website was claimed to be a photocopy of an Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth for one Barack Hussein Obama, natality August 4, 1961. But that document was proven to be a complete fabrication built from many layers of photoshop material, and the Vital Records department in Hawaii has stated that they did not issue a CoLB for Obama in June 2007 (that's the date bleeding through from the reverse side of the forgery, a forgery which had no raised stamp, also; later exhibits showed the raised stamp)! The first exhibit, the obvious forgery, has been scrubbed from the Internet, although it is cached at several safe locations not accessible to Factcheck and Daily Kos, awaiting court scrutiny if a suit ever makes it to the discovery phase.
Was this 'greater than Allah' liar-in-chief born somewhere else and his grandmother registered him in Hawaii, so he could be an American citizen through the very slack Hawaiian birth registry system which didn't even require more than someone applying for a BC without any proof except the sworn statement from the applicant seeking registry for the child?
Was the name on the first registry Barry Dunham, with 'father un-named'?
Since no marriage license has ever surfaced for Stanley Ann Dunham and Barak Obama, even with a divorce decree from 1964, there is no proof that Barack Hussein Obama, pres_ _ent, is in fact the actual biological son of Barak Obama, Kenyan.
Barack Obama might have been born in Kenya, in 1961, or even in Canada in 1961, and even in Hawaii in 1961. Without documents from credible sources the American people are being treated to the middle finger from Barry Obama (Barry Obama was one of the names he used in High School and college), as if we the people have no right to require an affirmative action applicant provide proof dictated by the law that is the Constitution!
In reply to Barry Obama's 'Screw you, America, I'm not divulging my past to you peons', I'm going to offer a little lesson in applied reasoning based upon known facts from Barry's lie, er, I mean life.
First, some conjecture: if the child born to Stanley Ann Dunham did not have a father listed upon first registry in Hawaii, we may accept that when Barak Obama-Kenyan allowed himself to be successfully sued for divorce in 1964, he allowed the name Barack Hussein Obama to be registered in Hawaii for the child, even if he, Barak Obama-Kenyan, was not the biological father. So, we may now move on to what is not conjecture.
A few years after receiving a court divorce from Barak Obama (that is the way the Kenyan spelled his own name), Stanley Ann married one Lolo Soetoro, Indonesian. The wedding happened in Hawaii, but a marriage cert for that event has not yet surfaced. Shortly after or at the time of marrying Stanley Ann, Lolo formally adopted little Barack, in Hawaii, and named him officially Barry Soetoro, passing Indonesian citizenship to the little guy.
Within a few months Lolo was off to Indonesia and then points further away, doing his job for a petroleum company. Stanley Ann followed him to Indonesia within a few more months, bringing Barry along. Barry Soetoro went to school in Indonesia. That's where he learned to recite so perfectly the call to Islamic prayer.
Stanley Ann was officially an Indonesian via her marriage to Lolo Soetoro, so she likely traveled to Indonesia with her son Barry using Indonesian passports ... contrary to lies circulating on the Internet, even a child of four was required to have a passport/Visa to travel into Indonesia from Hawaii.
Within a few years, Lolo was no longer residing permanently with Stanley Ann, even though they had conceived a daughter named Maya. Stanley sent Barry back to Hawaii at age ten to live with his grandfather Stanley Dunham and grandmother Madelyn (Toot). Barry Soetoro entered the States on his Indonesian passport at age ten. We can be confident of that because he remained the adopted son of Lolo, named Barry Soetoro-Indonesian, until Stanley divorced Lolo in 1980.
Fast forward to 1979, June. Barry Obama (yes, he was using that name, though there is absolutely no indication that a formal name change had occurred in a court) graduates from an Hawaiian High School and in August of 1979 enters Occidental College in California, still legally named Barry Soetoro, though it is not clear whether he was allowed to enter Occi as Barry Obama without providing proof credentials for that name. BUT, he could have passed himself off as Barry Obama by showing some document from Hawaiian vital records dated to before he was adopted formally by Lolo Soetoro!
In 1980, Stanley Ann files in Hawaii for divorce from Lolo Soetoro who is already playing house with a different woman back in Indonesia. In her pleading to the court, Stanley Ann cites TWO children of the marriage whom Lolo is legally responsible to support, a minor child, Maya, and a child over eighteen who needs financial/educational assistance. That child is Barry Soetoro, student at Occidental College! In 1980, Barry is still legally Barry Soetoro, adopted son of Lolo Soetoro.
There is no documentation to show that Barry Soetoro ever made a formal legal name change to Barak/Barack Obama. Interestingly, Barry traveled to Indonesia and Pakistan (and perhaps to India, but it is not clear if he went into India or remained in the Pakistani side of a particular border city). As far as we may reason, the only passport ever issued for the son of Stanley Ann Dunham was an Indonesian passport which Barry traveled under at age four and age ten. It is possible, and in fact likely that Barry Soetoro traveled to Pakistan as an Indonesian citizen in 1982. Interesting also is the fact that Barack Obama's passport files were broken into THREE TIMES prior to the election of 2008! Barry traveled overseas in 1993, but we have no documentation to show what passport/nationality he traveled under then, either!
By the time Barry arrives at Columbia University in New York, he is calling himself Barak and Barry ... Obama. But he was a student at Columbia when he traveled to pakistan, so he was likely holding/using(?) two names at that time.
Fast forward to Barack Hussein Obama applying for the Bar Association in Illinois. When filling out the application, the current occupant of the Oval Office lied to the state by signing that he had used no other name than Barack Hussein Obama in his lifetime! I wonder if anyone in corrupt Chicago or the state of Illinois would find it of interest to see that this Barack Hussein Obama may still legally be Barry Soetoro?
And a couple of final notes. Not only was the first CoLB posted on Obama's campaign website and at Factcheck a forgery, the Selective Service registration exhibits Obama offered upon being questioned if he had ever registered for same, well, that material is obviously forged also. The phony exhibit shown on the Internet via Factcheck.org., Daily KOS, and Obama's own campaign website was claimed to be a photocopy of an Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth for one Barack Hussein Obama, natality August 4, 1961. But that document was proven to be a complete fabrication built from many layers of photoshop material, and the Vital Records department in Hawaii has stated that they did not issue a CoLB for Obama in June 2007 (that's the date bleeding through from the reverse side of the forgery, a forgery which had no raised stamp, also; later exhibits showed the raised stamp)! The first exhibit, the obvious forgery, has been scrubbed from the Internet, although it is cached at several safe locations not accessible to Factcheck and Daily Kos, awaiting court scrutiny if a suit ever makes it to the discovery phase.
Was this 'greater than Allah' liar-in-chief born somewhere else and his grandmother registered him in Hawaii, so he could be an American citizen through the very slack Hawaiian birth registry system which didn't even require more than someone applying for a BC without any proof except the sworn statement from the applicant seeking registry for the child?
Was the name on the first registry Barry Dunham, with 'father un-named'?
Since no marriage license has ever surfaced for Stanley Ann Dunham and Barak Obama, even with a divorce decree from 1964, there is no proof that Barack Hussein Obama, pres_ _ent, is in fact the actual biological son of Barak Obama, Kenyan.
Barack Obama might have been born in Kenya, in 1961, or even in Canada in 1961, and even in Hawaii in 1961. Without documents from credible sources the American people are being treated to the middle finger from Barry Obama (Barry Obama was one of the names he used in High School and college), as if we the people have no right to require an affirmative action applicant provide proof dictated by the law that is the Constitution!
In reply to Barry Obama's 'Screw you, America, I'm not divulging my past to you peons', I'm going to offer a little lesson in applied reasoning based upon known facts from Barry's lie, er, I mean life.
First, some conjecture: if the child born to Stanley Ann Dunham did not have a father listed upon first registry in Hawaii, we may accept that when Barak Obama-Kenyan allowed himself to be successfully sued for divorce in 1964, he allowed the name Barack Hussein Obama to be registered in Hawaii for the child, even if he, Barak Obama-Kenyan, was not the biological father. So, we may now move on to what is not conjecture.
A few years after receiving a court divorce from Barak Obama (that is the way the Kenyan spelled his own name), Stanley Ann married one Lolo Soetoro, Indonesian. The wedding happened in Hawaii, but a marriage cert for that event has not yet surfaced. Shortly after or at the time of marrying Stanley Ann, Lolo formally adopted little Barack, in Hawaii, and named him officially Barry Soetoro, passing Indonesian citizenship to the little guy.
Within a few months Lolo was off to Indonesia and then points further away, doing his job for a petroleum company. Stanley Ann followed him to Indonesia within a few more months, bringing Barry along. Barry Soetoro went to school in Indonesia. That's where he learned to recite so perfectly the call to Islamic prayer.
Stanley Ann was officially an Indonesian via her marriage to Lolo Soetoro, so she likely traveled to Indonesia with her son Barry using Indonesian passports ... contrary to lies circulating on the Internet, even a child of four was required to have a passport/Visa to travel into Indonesia from Hawaii.
Within a few years, Lolo was no longer residing permanently with Stanley Ann, even though they had conceived a daughter named Maya. Stanley sent Barry back to Hawaii at age ten to live with his grandfather Stanley Dunham and grandmother Madelyn (Toot). Barry Soetoro entered the States on his Indonesian passport at age ten. We can be confident of that because he remained the adopted son of Lolo, named Barry Soetoro-Indonesian, until Stanley divorced Lolo in 1980.
Fast forward to 1979, June. Barry Obama (yes, he was using that name, though there is absolutely no indication that a formal name change had occurred in a court) graduates from an Hawaiian High School and in August of 1979 enters Occidental College in California, still legally named Barry Soetoro, though it is not clear whether he was allowed to enter Occi as Barry Obama without providing proof credentials for that name. BUT, he could have passed himself off as Barry Obama by showing some document from Hawaiian vital records dated to before he was adopted formally by Lolo Soetoro!
In 1980, Stanley Ann files in Hawaii for divorce from Lolo Soetoro who is already playing house with a different woman back in Indonesia. In her pleading to the court, Stanley Ann cites TWO children of the marriage whom Lolo is legally responsible to support, a minor child, Maya, and a child over eighteen who needs financial/educational assistance. That child is Barry Soetoro, student at Occidental College! In 1980, Barry is still legally Barry Soetoro, adopted son of Lolo Soetoro.
There is no documentation to show that Barry Soetoro ever made a formal legal name change to Barak/Barack Obama. Interestingly, Barry traveled to Indonesia and Pakistan (and perhaps to India, but it is not clear if he went into India or remained in the Pakistani side of a particular border city). As far as we may reason, the only passport ever issued for the son of Stanley Ann Dunham was an Indonesian passport which Barry traveled under at age four and age ten. It is possible, and in fact likely that Barry Soetoro traveled to Pakistan as an Indonesian citizen in 1982. Interesting also is the fact that Barack Obama's passport files were broken into THREE TIMES prior to the election of 2008! Barry traveled overseas in 1993, but we have no documentation to show what passport/nationality he traveled under then, either!
By the time Barry arrives at Columbia University in New York, he is calling himself Barak and Barry ... Obama. But he was a student at Columbia when he traveled to pakistan, so he was likely holding/using(?) two names at that time.
Fast forward to Barack Hussein Obama applying for the Bar Association in Illinois. When filling out the application, the current occupant of the Oval Office lied to the state by signing that he had used no other name than Barack Hussein Obama in his lifetime! I wonder if anyone in corrupt Chicago or the state of Illinois would find it of interest to see that this Barack Hussein Obama may still legally be Barry Soetoro?
And a couple of final notes. Not only was the first CoLB posted on Obama's campaign website and at Factcheck a forgery, the Selective Service registration exhibits Obama offered upon being questioned if he had ever registered for same, well, that material is obviously forged also. We Have A Criminal From A Criminal Enterprise Political Party In The Oval Office
Here is a quick list of deceits the Pres_ _ent has committed regarding his history ... finding more is very difficult because the fraud has sent detectives and lawyers out to bury his past, like the only file missing from the kindergarten he attended is, you guessed it, Barry Obama, aka Barry Soetoro's file!
-- Obama lied on his application to the Illinois Bar Association and the photocopy is part of legal filings in court, where he swore that he had never been known by any name except Barack Obama ... he has used Barry Dunham, Barry Obama, and Barry Soetoro as so far discovered
-- Obama's Selective Service card is so badly forged that the type face doesn't even match, and may have been created erecently because to become an Illinois legislator he would have to have registered Selective Service when he turned eighteen, and probably didn't
-- Obama filed on the Internet a supposed copy of his CoLB he claimed was sent from Hawaii ... it is a clear forgery, a false document which, when it appeared a legal case just might get to discovery, the Obama campaign goons scrubbed the forgery from their Internet site and everywhere else they could, including Daily KOS
-- After posting a clear forgery of a supposed CoLB through the Obama-servile Factcheck website, Obama presented an exhibit to the same factcheck.org people (and other journalist outlets like World Net Daily, to be fair here); Factcheck posted his first forgery has claimed that this is the real CoLB from Hawaii; Factcheck has said he showed to them his actual original birth certificate and they were allowed to handle it and photograph it

-- The driver's License listed on the parking tickets from Cambridge Mass from when Barry was in Harvard reference a Social Security number which belonged to a man long dead; the number was assigned more than a hundred years ago to someone else and is a Connecticut issue
-- Barack Obama has 39 different social security numbers and they are listed in a court filing in California
It is interesting to note that an Hawaiian official representing the Vital Records Department in Hawaii just yesterday 7/28/09) stated that the official has seen the documentS in the Hawaiian archives that prove Barack Obama is a native born Hawaiian which proves he is a natural born citizen!
Such a legal finding--stating that he is Constitutionally a natural born citizen--would be just the sort of statement the Obama/Acelrod/Emanuel goons would present for the sympathetic or under duress official to say, but would indicate two things:
1) The poor official was far from unbiased and professional, allowing to be so blatantly used by a White HOuse in panic mode.
2) The public statement was anything but a simple statement released in business as usual in Hawaii; someone is leaning on Hawaiian Health Department officials to help someone try and squelch the relentless effort to have Barack Obama disclose the simple facts about his birth and life--which is definitely unlike the disclosure past Presidents and Presidential candidates have undergone in order fro the voters to know whom they are voting for, information so fundamental to what is the reality of the figure presented by the political party for the job of President of the United States.
The way the media, which has transmogrified from biased to down right DNC servitude, is doing the Pres_ _ent's dirty work rather than seeking the truth of his history is a shocking revelation of just how far down the toilet journalism in America has been flushed. Even the head of CNN made a bold-faced lie on air, stating that Hawaii destroyed all paper records when they created their electronic filing system ... Jon Klein's effort to shut down Lou Dobbs for simply agreeing that it is not outrageous to expect the Pres_ _ent show to the American people what they have to show to obtain a passport, or even entry into the little league baseball system!

Obama Is A Liar, By His Own Signed Documents
No, this is not an essay about Barack Obama's perjury when he applied for the Illinois Bar Association. It is instead an address of the duplicitous deceit open to any in media, if they were actually doing the fourth estate work they used to do, before transmogrifying themselves into the fifth column enemy of We The People.
During the run for the Democratic Party nomination, Barack Obama signed/entered apps to all fifty states which stated that he swears he is qualified for the position of President according to the Constitutional eligibility requirements. Signing onto the McCain Senate resolution indicates Obama does accept the definition as applied to McCain's particulars, two citizen parents + born on U.S. soil.
On his own website, Obama states that his father was a British subject from a British colony now an independent nation called Kenya.
Iterating again, in April of 2008, Barack Obama signed on to a Senate resolution which addressed McCain's status as a natural born citizen. The resolution stated specifically that McCain was a natural born citizen because he was born to two American citizen parents and was born on American soil.
Barack Obama has contradicted his own sworn applications for the primaries in all fifty states, because he does not meet the Constitutional requirements he himself signed onto with the Senate resolution concerning John McCain's status.
So, if this is not perjury of sorts, what could it be? ... The affirmative action liar-in-chief swore to all fifty state election officials that he was eligible according to the Constitutional requirements, but he has stated openly that his father was not an American citizen, yet Obama signed onto the Senate resoultion which stated clearly that McCain was a natural born citizen because he had two American citizen parents and was born on American soil.
An open liar/perjurer is now pretending to be the eligible President of the United States handing out orders as CIC (at least one brave soldier has challenged the liar, however) and signing into law legislation which he is not actually eligible to sign as President of the United States ... and the Democratic Party demands through their slugslime media outlets that American voices objecting to this liar-in-chief just shut up and get out of the way of this illegitimate poseur! This same slugsliming media wave a false CoLB which Obama posted on his website, as if this forgery is proof of qualification that Obama has already attested he cannot meet because his father was a British subject!
Should we be surprised that this liar continues to lie and dissembling in nearly every area of his life and political work? ... As far as I can tell, he hasn't told any lies regarding the White House family dog. At the rate this Democrat liar-in-chief is moving, it might be better to try and list what things he has not lied about! Sadly, there appear to be none in the media who care that this open liar is a LIAR in the Oval Office.

Media Lies For Their Affirmative Action Messiah
Here is a long portion from a deceitful editorial written to shill for a lying Pres__ent who has committed document fraud with forgery, offered from a typical obamanoid enemedia source which seeks to keep lies afloat for Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham, aka Barry Obama, aka Barack Hussein Obama. Following the lying filth from Fartley is a letter sent to him by a man who has done the research to expose Barry’Obamas criminal fraud. Enjoy, I’ve posted them here to save them for posterity since so many things are scrubbed from the Internet which expose the criminal affirmative action fraud-in-chief.
I have taken the liberty of adding a few comments in italics.

Back on June 27, 2008, PolitiFact published a story we hoped would put the whole Obama birth certificate controversy to rest. It ran under the now-laughable headline, "Obama's birth certificate: Final chapter."
Oh, how naive we were.
More than a year later, the debate continues to rage on the Internet among the "Birthers" movement, people who doubt that President Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as president. Or at least, they say, Obama has yet to sufficiently prove things one way or the other. [As far as I can discover, this is one of the few truthful entries in this obscenity from Fartley.]
The conservative WorldNetDaily.com Web site is the conductor of the Birther train. On the site, you can donate money to rent billboard space that asks "Where's the Birth Certificate?" They've got a petition demanding the president produce his original birth certificate — now signed, they say, by 400,000 people. From the site, you can buy "Where's the Birth Certificate?" yard signs and bumper stickers. The site has recently run stories about a man whose attempts to sell a purported Obama birth certificate from Kenya on eBay have been repeatedly shut down.
And on May 28, WorldNetDaily.com correspondent Lester Kinsolving pressed the issue all the way to the White House, squeezing in a couple questions at the end of a daily press briefing with White House spokesman Robert Gibbs.
Here's how the exchange went:
Kinsolving: "One question concerning what the president said in his speech on Thursday, and I quote, 'I ran for president promising transparency, and I meant what I said. This is why, whenever possible, we will make information available to the American people so they can make informed judgments and hold us accountable.' End of quote. Do you remember that statement?"
Gibbs: "I can confirm he said that."
Kinsolving: "Good. In consideration of this very good promise of transparency, why can't the president respond to the petitioned requests of 400,000 American citizens by releasing a certified copy of his long form birth certificate listing hospital and physician?"
Gibbs: "Are you looking for the president's birth certificate?"
Kinsolving: "Yes."
Gibbs: "It's on the Internet, Lester."
Kinsolving: "No, no, no — the long form listing his hospital and physician."
Gibbs: "Lester ... This question in many ways continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy, with a seal, of the president's birth. I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president's birth there, but it's on the Internet because we put it on the Internet for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we'll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy." [ Gibbs lied dutifully, in typical convoluted fashion, like every good democrat will to protect their criminal-in-chief. ]
WorldNetDaily.com, through an owner, the Western Center for Journalism, responded with an ad in the conservative publication Human Events that called Gibbs' response arrogant, factually incorrect, lies.
Moreover, the ad said, "members of the liberal elitist media ... instead of pressing Gibbs on his outrageous statements ... openly laughed."
The ad is right about that; journalists could clearly be heard chuckling at Kinsolving's questions.
The question here is, did Gibbs lie?
Some background: On June 13, 2008, after months of hounding by the media and wild Internet speculation that Obama was actually born in either Indonesia or Kenya, the Obama campaign finally released a copy of Obama's "Certification of Birth" from Hawaii and posted it on the Internet. [ This is a very important point since it is a major admission that the Obama campaign is behind the forgery which has been posted on the Internet! The specious CoLB ‘thing’ Obama has claimed is a valid Hawaiian document is a clear forgery with numerous contradictory aspects Dr. Ron Polarik has easily exposed! Even a retired documents expert with the FBI has submitted a sworn affidavit in the Keyes v Obama eligibility lawsuit in California which states the thing on the Internet is bogus! ] The document states that Barack Hussein Obama II was born on Aug. 4, 1961, at 7:24 p.m. in Honolulu, Hawaii, to parents Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama.
End of story? Hardly. If anything, it merely intensified the debate. Numerous critics arose on the Internet claiming the document was a fraud. It was the wrong color. It was missing an embossed seal. There was no crease from it being folded and mailed.
Our friends from FactCheck.org went to Chicago, held the document in their questioning hands and examined it closely. Their conclusion: It's legit. [ One would hardly expect document forgery co-criminals to state otherwise. I mean really, didn’t courts take Willie Suttons gang members’ statements as exonerating for Willie’s whereabouts? … Oh, they didn’t? … Exactly! ]
On Oct. 31, 2008, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii Department of Health, issued this statement: "There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
"Therefore I, as director of health for the state of Hawaii, along with the registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
"No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the state of Hawaii."
Even the governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, a Republican who at the time was stumping for John McCain, said it was on the up-and-up. [ An interesting sleight of hand here, Fartley! The statements from Hawaii are placed together in your essay as if issued in a single release--they were in two separate releases, and you tried to infer that these statements are evidentiary of an Hawaiian long form but they are carefully worded to avoid making such an assertion since to do so would be a violation asserting the person making the statements had seen and was verifying what is written in the documents held in the Hawaiian vaults! This is the typical careful deceit characteristic of those sent to protect the affirmative action liar in the Oval office from being exposed. ]
Over? No way.
All that proved, the birthers concluded, was that there is, in fact, an original birth certificate, and that the public hasn't seen it. The new argument goes like this: Obama never published his "Birth Certificate" (a "Certificate of Live Birth") on the Internet; what he posted was a "Certification of Live Birth," what WorldNetDaily describes as "a 'short-form' document that is generated on-the-spot and based on what is contained in a computer database at the time it was printed out."

"In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL."
That's actually a misnomer, said Lloyd Yonenaka, a spokesman for DHLL. In order to be eligible for their program, you must prove that your ancestry is at least 50 percent native Hawaiian. And when he says native, he means indigenous. They don't even care if you were born in Hawaii. [ This is a boldfaced lie. Typical! If one reads the list of requirements, one is aimed precisely at proving ‘born on Hawaiian soil, the presentment of a valid long form birth certificate! ] They use birth certificates as a starting point to look into a person's ancestry. We have one more thing. We talked to reporter Will Hoover, who wrote a well-researched story for the Honolulu Advertiser on Nov. 9, 2008, about Obama's childhood years in the the Aloha State. It ran under the headline "Obama Slept Here."
In researching the story, he went to the microfilm archives and found the birth announcement for Obama. Actually, he found two of them, one in his Honululu Advertiser on Aug. 13 , 1961, and in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin the next day . They both said the same thing: "Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, son, Aug. 4."
But here's the thing. Newspaper officials he checked with confirmed those notices came from the state Department of Health.
"That's not the kind of stuff a family member calls in and says, 'Hey, can you put this in?'" Hoover explained.
Take a second and think about that. In order to phony those notices up, it would have required the complicity of the state Health Department and two independent newspapers — on the off chance this unnamed child might want to one day be president of the United States. I never thought that Politifact could be more wrong than the last time they tried to pass off this forgery as the real deal.
It was back in June of last year. Amy Hollyfield was the reporter at the time, and in talking with Janice Okubo, she created a conundrum.
We all know Janice Okubo, don’t we? She’s that helpful Public Relations Officer (Communications Officer) at Hawaii's DOH, who’s not exactly Hawaii’s answer to Google when it comes to all things COLB.
When asked about Obama’s birth certificate, Okubo told Hollyfield that "a copy of the birth certificate was requested in June 2008," but she wouldn't specify by whom.
Even Amy pondered the implications of that statement as she was reviewing the many criticisms of the bogus "scan image":
• Isn’t the date stamp bleeding through the back of the document “June 2007?” (Odd since it was supposedly released in June 2008.)
"Odd, indeed!"
How can a 2007 Certification of Live Birth (COLB), date-stamped "June 6, 2007" have been requested in June 2008?
The answer, though, is quite simple, really:
Hawaii never produced a 2007 Certification of Live Birth for Obama with a date-stamp of June 6, 2008.
Last year, I spoke with the Hawaii State Registrar, himself, Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, who provided me with the following bit of information.
When I asked him if Janice Okubo had confirmed that his office produced a 2007 COLB, date-stamped June 6, 2007, with Obama's birth information on it. He said,
"Absolutely not. No one in our office confirmed it.”
That’s right, Mr.Farley. Obama's 2007 COLB is a nonexistent document, and what’s shown in the "scan image" alleged to be real a real copy of Obama’s birth certificate is nothing but that same, original fabricated forgery that first appeared on June 12 of last year.
What does that "scan image" prove?
Document fraud. Internet fraud. Voter fraud. A forged Certification of Live Birth, designed and proffered with one purpose in mind: to deceive the American public into believing that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is qualified to be President.
A secondary purpose of this document fraud was to prevent citizens and lawmakers from ever seeing his real, original "vault birth certificate.
So, it comes down to this:
Anyone who says that Hawaii issued a 2007 COLB for Obama, and that a true copy of it is posted online, is either (a) misinformed, (b) misleading others, or (c) lying through their teeth.
Regarding Politifact's ridiculous “Truth-o-Meter,”
Did Press Secretary Robert Gibbs lie when he said that the Obama Administration posted a copy of his birth certificate online?

Of course Gibbs lied. Obama’s Campaign lied. Factcheck lied. Daily Kos lied. Snopes lied. Politifact lied. The Star Bulletin lied. The Honolulu Advertiser lied. All the media who are in-the-tank with Obama lied. All of his liberal Leftist supporters lied.
But, the facts don’t lie. There is no 2007 COLB for Obama.
Last year, in addition to getting the word from Onaka, I conducted five months of empirical research that proved, conclusively and irrefutably, that the "scan image" alleged to be Obama's COLB is a fabricated image, and no amount of bitching by the opposition is going to change that fact.
I can't really blame them for thinking they see a real COLB instead of a phony one. After all, there are a lot of people who claim to see religious characters in Cheetos, corn flakes, or fried eggs.
It's all in their heads.
All of the statements claiming that the "scan image" posted online looks "identical" to an actual 2007 COLB, is pure nonsense.
None of the real scan images of a real 2007 COLB, as well as the photos taken of a real 2007 COLB, look anything like what Politifact and Factcheck claim.
The Seal shown in Factcheck’s photos looks nothing like the real Seal shown in real 2007 COLBs.

I’ve got another twenty more that show how this one, bogus scan image has engendered the biggest cover-up in political history. All of the efforts made by Factcheck, Politifact, Snopes, and other, assorted Obama flunkies, have been either to promulgate the forgery as a real document or to cover up the fact that document fraud has taken place.
It goes like this: the Obama Campaign claims that they posted a genuine copy of Obama’s real, original birth certificate and then points to Factcheck when anyone asks for proof. Factcheck then refers them to their August 21 article, “Born in the USA,” and points the finger back at the Obama Campaign as the source of the real, original birth certificate.
And, so it goes. What a nice, neat little circle of deceit going on here.
One hand washes the other.
In case you forgot or never knew, Factcheck is funded by the Annenberg Foundation – the same foundation that gave a $30 million grant to William “The Unrepentant Pentagon Bomber” Ayers, to start the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, and then hire an inexperienced community organizer in one Barack Obama, to be the Chairman of the Board working alongside him.
Besides lying about Obama’s birth certificate and doing all it can to cover up the fraud, it was Factcheck who claimed that Obama never interacted with William Ayers as an adult -- let alone directly worked with him on the Annenberg Challenge. The lies that Factcheck has told run long and deep.

The conservative WorldNetDaily.com Web site is the conductor of the Birther train. On the site, you can donate money to rent billboard space that asks "Where's the Birth Certificate?" They've got a petition demanding the president produce his original birth certificate — now signed, they say, by 400,000 people. From the site, you can buy "Where's the Birth Certificate?" yard signs and bumper stickers. The site has recently run stories about a man whose attempts to sell a purported Obama birth certificate from Kenya on eBay have been repeatedly shut down.
And on May 28, WorldNetDaily.com correspondent Lester Kinsolving pressed the issue all the way to the White House, squeezing in a couple questions at the end of a daily press briefing with White House spokesman Robert Gibbs.
Here's how the exchange went:
Kinsolving: "One question concerning what the president said in his speech on Thursday, and I quote, 'I ran for president promising transparency, and I meant what I said. This is why, whenever possible, we will make information available to the American people so they can make informed judgments and hold us accountable.' End of quote. Do you remember that statement?"
Gibbs: "I can confirm he said that."
Kinsolving: "Good. In consideration of this very good promise of transparency, why can't the president respond to the petitioned requests of 400,000 American citizens by releasing a certified copy of his long form birth certificate listing hospital and physician?"

I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we'll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy." WorldNetDaily.com, through an owner, the Western Center for Journalism, responded with an ad in the conservative publication Human Events that called Gibbs' response arrogant, factually incorrect, lies.
Moreover, the ad said, "members of the liberal elitist media ... instead of pressing Gibbs on his outrageous statements ... openly laughed."
The ad is right about that; journalists could clearly be heard chuckling at Kinsolving's questions.

Some background: On June 13, 2008, after months of hounding by the media and wild Internet speculation that Obama was actually born in either Indonesia or Kenya, the Obama campaign finally released a copy of Obama's "Certification of Birth" from Hawaii and posted it on the Internet. [ This is a very important point since it is a major admission that the Obama campaign is behind the forgery which has been posted on the Internet! The specious CoLB ‘thing’ Obama has claimed is a valid Hawaiian document is a clear forgery with numerous contradictory aspects Dr. Ron Polarik has easily exposed! Even a retired documents expert with the FBI has submitted a sworn affidavit in the Keyes v Obama eligibility lawsuit in California which states the thing on the Internet is bogus! ] The document states that Barack Hussein Obama II was born on Aug. 4, 1961, at 7:24 p.m. in Honolulu, Hawaii, to parents Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama.
End of story? Hardly. If anything, it merely intensified the debate. Numerous critics arose on the Internet claiming the document was a fraud. It was the wrong color. It was missing an embossed seal. There was no crease from it being folded and mailed.
Our friends from FactCheck.org went to Chicago, held the document in their questioning hands and examined it closely. Their conclusion: It's legit. On Oct. 31, 2008, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii Department of Health, issued this statement: "There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
"Therefore I, as director of health for the state of Hawaii, along with the registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
"No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the state of Hawaii."

Do you really think the American public is as mindless as the people perpetrating this fraud?
I have to give you props, though.
I never thought that Politifact could be more wrong than the last time they tried to pass off this forgery as the real deal.
It was back in June of last year. Amy Hollyfield was the reporter at the time, and in talking with Janice Okubo, she created a conundrum.
We all know Janice Okubo, don’t we? She’s that helpful Public Relations Officer (Communications Officer) at Hawaii's DOH, who’s not exactly Hawaii’s answer to Google when it comes to all things COLB.
When asked about Obama’s birth certificate, Okubo told Hollyfield that "a copy of the birth certificate was requested in June 2008," but she wouldn't specify by whom.
Even Amy pondered the implications of that statement as she was reviewing the many criticisms of the bogus "scan image":
• Isn’t the date stamp bleeding through the back of the document “June 2007?” (Odd since it was supposedly released in June 2008.)
"Odd, indeed!"
How can a 2007 Certification of Live Birth (COLB), date-stamped "June 6, 2007" have been requested in June 2008?
The answer, though, is quite simple, really:
Hawaii never produced a 2007 Certification of Live Birth for Obama with a date-stamp of June 6, 2008.
Last year, I spoke with the Hawaii State Registrar, himself, Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, who provided me with the following bit of information.
When I asked him if Janice Okubo had confirmed that his office produced a 2007 COLB, date-stamped June 6, 2007, with Obama's birth information on it. He said,
"Absolutely not. No one in our office confirmed it.”
That’s right, Mr.Farley. Obama's 2007 COLB is a nonexistent document, and what’s shown in the "scan image" alleged to be real a real copy of Obama’s birth certificate is nothing but that same, original fabricated forgery that first appeared on June 12 of last year.
What does that "scan image" prove?
Document fraud. Internet fraud. Voter fraud. A forged Certification of Live Birth, designed and proffered with one purpose in mind: to deceive the American public into believing that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is qualified to be President.
A secondary purpose of this document fraud was to prevent citizens and lawmakers from ever seeing his real, original "vault birth certificate.
So, it comes down to this:
Anyone who says that Hawaii issued a 2007 COLB for Obama, and that a true copy of it is posted online, is either (a) misinformed, (b) misleading others, or (c) lying through their teeth.
Regarding Politifact's ridiculous “Truth-o-Meter,”
Did Press Secretary Robert Gibbs lie when he said that the Obama Administration posted a copy of his birth certificate online?
Did Clinton have sex with Monica Lewinsky?
Of course Gibbs lied. Obama’s Campaign lied. Factcheck lied. Daily Kos lied. Snopes lied. Politifact lied. The Star Bulletin lied. The Honolulu Advertiser lied. All the media who are in-the-tank with Obama lied. All of his liberal Leftist supporters lied.
But, the facts don’t lie. There is no 2007 COLB for Obama.
Last year, in addition to getting the word from Onaka, I conducted five months of empirical research that proved, conclusively and irrefutably, that the "scan image" alleged to be Obama's COLB is a fabricated image, and no amount of bitching by the opposition is going to change that fact.
I can't really blame them for thinking they see a real COLB instead of a phony one. After all, there are a lot of people who claim to see religious characters in Cheetos, corn flakes, or fried eggs.
It's all in their heads.
All of the statements claiming that the "scan image" posted online looks "identical" to an actual 2007 COLB, is pure nonsense.
None of the real scan images of a real 2007 COLB, as well as the photos taken of a real 2007 COLB, look anything like what Politifact and Factcheck claim.
The Seal shown in Factcheck’s photos looks nothing like the real Seal shown in real 2007 COLBs.
If you go to my website, The Greater Evil, and read my research, you’ll find at least twenty reasons why the image posted online is totally bogus.
I’ve got another twenty more that show how this one, bogus scan image has engendered the biggest cover-up in political history. All of the efforts made by Factcheck, Politifact, Snopes, and other, assorted Obama flunkies, have been either to promulgate the forgery as a real document or to cover up the fact that document fraud has taken place.
It goes like this: the Obama Campaign claims that they posted a genuine copy of Obama’s real, original birth certificate and then points to Factcheck when anyone asks for proof. Factcheck then refers them to their August 21 article, “Born in the USA,” and points the finger back at the Obama Campaign as the source of the real, original birth certificate.
And, so it goes. What a nice, neat little circle of deceit going on here.
One hand washes the other.
In case you forgot or never knew, Factcheck is funded by the Annenberg Foundation – the same foundation that gave a $30 million grant to William “The Unrepentant Pentagon Bomber” Ayers, to start the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, and then hire an inexperienced community organizer in one Barack Obama, to be the Chairman of the Board working alongside him.
Besides lying about Obama’s birth certificate and doing all it can to cover up the fraud, it was Factcheck who claimed that Obama never interacted with William Ayers as an adult -- let alone directly worked with him on the Annenberg Challenge. The lies that Factcheck has told run long and deep.
Nice sister site you got there, Robert.
Think about that the next time you want to write a screed about Obama's bogus birth certificate.
